Refund policy

Hardware orders:

We are happy to help with any issues.  All sales are final;  NO refunds or returns will be accepted.  If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to quickly resolve it.  Order issues must be reported within 7 days, and any items we agree to return/replacement for must be in their original packaging.  Please be considerate and contact us first to resolve any issues.  All sales are final; refunds are not processed, and any pre-approved order returned is subject to a 50% restocking fee.  

Sales promotions, discounts, free shipping, or any other reduction in retail pricing must be at the time of purchase.  We are not able to edit an order or issue a refund for the discount. Please contact us before you place your order.

Handcrafted products:

All sales are final; NO refunds or returns are accepted.  We will work with you to correct defects in workmanship or hardware flaws within 3 months from the date of purchase.  Based on the current condition and wear and tear of the product, we will offer to repair, replace, or provide partial credit.  Please contact us for further assistance if needed.

I am not responsible for damages from wear and tear.  How you choose to use the items you purchased is up to you; we have no liability for how you use them.

No refunds or credits will be given for digital products.
