Refund policy
Hardware orders:
We are happy to help with any issues. All sales are final, NO refunds or returns are accepted. If there is a problem with your order we will work with you to quickly take care of the problem. Order issues must be reported within in 7 days and any items we agree to allow a return/replacement for must be in original packaging. Please be considerate and contact us first to resolve any issues. All sales are final refunds are not processed and if a pre approved order is returned it is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Sales promotions, discounts, free shipping or any other reduction in retail pricing must be at the time of purchase. We are not able to edit an order and refund for the discount contact us before you place your order please.
Handcrafted products:
All sales are final, NO refunds or returns are accepted. We will work with you to correct defects in workmanship or hardware flaws within 3 months from date of purchase. Based on the current condition, wear and tear of the product we will offer to fix, replace or give partial credit. Please contact us for further assistance if needed.
I am not responsible for damages for wear and tear. How you chose to use the items purchased is up to you, we have no liability for how you use you purchased items.
No refunds or credits will be given for digital products.
